Why is the West losing to China?

"A still from a video released by the China National Space Administration (CNSA) that outlines its concept for a lunar base to be developed across the next couple of decades. (Image credit: China National Space Administration)" (Space.com, China plans to build moon base at the lunar south pole by 2035)

Why is it not the same who wins the race to the moon? The best places on that small world are always limited. So, whoever is first gets the best places. Moon poles are the safest places for the moon bases. Because the cosmic radiation is weakest in that position. Things like thermal changes are smallest at the moon's poles.

We all heard that NASA is losing the race to the moon. But nobody asks why? And why is this race so important? We all know that there is another moon race. This time, the racers are China and the USA. And we know that China is winning this game. But why does this happen? Why is China so innovative? The first reason for losing the moon race is the loss of budget at NASA. The agency lacks the resources to fulfill all its responsibilities. Another thing is the safety reason. Chinese must not follow the same safety standards. With Western space agencies. And that makes their work more effective. The third thing is that. The Chinese government will give. It’s all support for the moon race. The next question is, why is this race so important? Moon offers a good environment. To test things like nuclear rockets.

And it offers. Good platform for space telescopes. But those moon telescopes. They can also make intelligence missions. Those telescopes see things from the Earth. The fact is that. The moon offers. A good place for missile bases. And the moon base. It can serve as a biological laboratory that can serve both civil and military purposes. The Moon could be. A perfect place for biological weapon laboratories. When we think about the moon and military bases on it. There is a possibility of creating missile bases on the moon. In the same way. Those bases can operate with weapons that nobody expected.

"Elon Musk proposes ‘cannon-like’ mass drivers on moon to build orbital AI data centers." (Interesting Engineering)

There is a possibility. To launch nuclear weapons or kinetic ammunition to Earth from the moon by using magnetic mass drivers. The mass drivers that can support orbital building projects can also be used to launch nuclear grenades to Earth. Or those systems can shoot a salvo of kinetic projectiles to the ground. Those mass-drivers can make the “Rods of God” true. The salvo of ceramic-tungsten flechettes can destroy entire cities. But those systems. They can be used to launch miniature space shuttles.

The moon. It can be the home for the ion cannons. Those ion systems can shoot ions to the Earth orbiter. And those systems can be devastating to satellites.

But those systems can also launch small-sized nuclear grenades or even antimatter ammunition to Earth. About a 300 mm nuclear grenade would be very hard to detect. If it's shot from a magnetic accelerator, that system. It can be invisible until it reaches the atmosphere.

In the cases of antimatter, the system. It can create antimatter by using the same methods. That CERN uses. Then those antimatter particles can be launched to the higher atmosphere. There. Annihilation makes extremely powerful radiation. That radiation can kill people in large areas. And it can form high-energy plasma that causes terrible things. The antimatter cannon is a normal ion cannon that shoots antimatter. In the atmosphere. Antimatter particles annihilate immediately, releasing an extremely high-energy load. A gram of antimatter can destroy an entire planet.

The antimatter system. It can affect the target directly. Or, it can affect the medium first. That thing can be the capsule where those antimatter particles hit the wall of their capsule. Then annihilation transfers energy to the environment, forming plasma. If researchers want to create a particle beam that involves antimatter particles, the system must create a hole in the air. That denies that the antimatter particles interact before they reach their targets. This means that in real life, the Teller bomb. Works like this. Antimatter particles would be in the magnetic capsule. That keeps those particles hovering in a vacuum. Then the system removes the magnetic field. And then the system pulls those particles to the wall of the chamber.

“The United States faces a critical inflection point as China accelerates its push to dominate the next frontier of warfare, the fusion of biotechnology and artificial intelligence (AI). “ (Interesting Engineering, Gene-edited super-soldiers with AI power could be unleashed by China, warns US report)

“According to a new report by the US National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology, China’s systematic state-driven approach is reshaping the global biotechnology landscape, and the implications for national security are surprising.”(Interesting Engineering, Gene-edited super-soldiers with AI power could be unleashed by China, warns US report)

“The Chinese government cares less. Than Western governments about things like public opinion. This means there is a possibility to create projects that Western societies cannot understand or accept. Things like genetically engineered super soldiers might be in service after a couple of years. Those genetically engineered super soldiers could be extremely loyal and intelligent. “(Interesting Engineering, Gene-edited super-soldiers with AI power could be unleashed by China, warns US report)

And they might not have. A similar feeling to normal humans. Maybe those creatures have the same genome that makes wolves loyal. And. There is a possibility that their muscles and senses are improved. In the same way, their sexual behavior could be killed. This means those things will not tell things in bed. And that thing means that. The only thing that those creatures serve. It would be the Chinese government. They might have a thing. Called controlled sociopathy. It’s possible. That. There is some kind of switch. That can activate those things.

Drones cause a requirement for new defense.

Israel plans to install laser weapons in its helicopters and aircraft. Those systems can be used to fight against the drone threat. The laser weapon does not require ammunition, and theoretically, its ammunition capacity is unlimited. The laser weapon. That hovers above the ground. In. A helicopter or aircraft can be used against low-flying drones, other aircraft, or incoming missiles. This means the jet fighter can destroy missiles that are shot at it.

Laser and microwave beams are things. That. It can also be used against things like enemy electric supply or vehicles. In some visions, the jet fighter radars can be used to give high-power microwave impulses against their targets. This makes enemy fighters harder to operate.

The laser systems. Those that are used against the drones can use AI-based technology to complete their missions. The laser system. It can use similar technology. That is used in laser-based bug traps. That kills things like flies from the room. The system that destroys drones. It uses a high-energy beam. Like 10-100 kW systems.

The requirement for the new systems in drone defense. It is urgent. The drone, even if it doesn’t use AI, is. A very big threat. The AI-based systems make drones make evasion movements. But. In all cases, there is a danger that the defender runs out of ammunition. The defender uses $4-5 million Patriot missiles against drones. That costs about $20000-60000 per unit. The problem is those HESA Shahed drones.

They can also carry chemical and biological warheads. Or maybe also armour penetration warheads. This means that the defender. It cannot let any of those drones pass the defense. The problem is that those drones can be launched thousands against targets. Those systems can be dangerous. Especially if they hit things like electric supply systems.

FBI warns about drone attacks that are made from ships.

Drones are easy to make. They are easy to transport. And they are easy to launch. Drones don’t require any special launching platforms. So, the operator can launch drones even from their balcony. The Shahed-type drones can be carried to target areas by using regular commercial ships. And then the operators release them. The issue is that those drones can be carried to strike distance by using small motorboats, and then they can be launched. In modern times, the small drone.
That is equipped with the right warhead can damage even large-scale ships and other targets. This means that we should be better prepared. For that kind of threat. Platform-free drones. Those in position. Near airfields can also be used against aircraft. That attempt to raise or land from those airfields. Drones can be transported near their targets. And then. At the precise right time, the operators can use them against their targets.

The Ukrainian drone-killer drone. Those drones can also wait near airbases and attack aircraft, equipment, or personnel who work in the target zone.
Small-sized drones. They can attack the electric supply infrastructure. Like converter stations.  Those drones can loiter underwater. And they can attack ships. Or they can be used to detonate things like sea mines. The underwater drones can be dropped from the board. Of the ships. And. They can be used to sweep mines from the coastline. This means that those drones can open a path to landing teams. Small drones can also cause damage. To communication lines. Like mobile data networks.
The small underwater drones can make holes in the submarine hull. Or they can cause vital damage to propellers or fuel tanks. The fact is that the small-sized underwater drone can have the ability to fly or even run on wheels. And those systems. They can slip into the heavily armoured bunkers. When there is a possibility to make something, that is possible.
And one of the threats is that people like pirates can start to use drones to hijack ships. In those cases. The drone swarms that are hiding on board the attacker will fly against the targeted ships. Drones can also carry things. Like hooks and ropes to ships that are targeted to attack. Those ropes allow pirates. To climb the ships.  The drone can put the hook. To the railings. And then pirates pull themselves. To ship.

Drones, attacks against ABM radars, and a lack of cybersecurity are proving global vulnerabilities.

(TWZ.com)

There are two major global threats. The first one. It is cybersecurity. If hackers can remove things like IFF recognition codes from any jet fighter. Or any air defense installation. That can cause terrible mistakes. The Kuwaitian F/A-18 shot down three U.S. F-15s, and that raises many questions.  If aircraft fly across multinational airspaces, every single airplane must have. The right IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) codes in its systems. If some allied or neutral nation’s fighters or air defense have wrong ID marks, that can cause a situation where those friendly aircraft shoot their own planes.

This means that there is a possibility that some hackers have changed or removed those IFF keys from the allied aircraft. This means that the hackers can use data viruses. They can cause a situation where friendly fire kills their own forces. This kind of threat can make it impossible to launch even nuclear missiles if the launch codes are removed. This means that. The cyberattack can have an effect. Into the physical world. The cyber attack can make it possible to change. The information. Into fake information that turns news into fake news. Or, it can make. The friendly aircraft to shoot friendly aircraft.

The ABM radar: (TWZ.com)

(TWZ.com)

Did somebody hack the Kuwaiti F/A-18 fighter’s computer? If IFF codes are removed, the F/A-18 thinks that all incoming aircraft are hostile.

1: Aerodynamic cover; 2: Air-filled cavity; 3: Conical liner (Often copper); 4: Detonator; 5: Explosive; 6: Piezo-electric trigger (Wikipedia, High-explosive anti-tank)

Above: HEAT (High-explosive anti-tank) ammunition.

The expensive ABM radars are the main target for Iranian strikes.

They turn into the primary targets for low-cost drones and missiles. The missile or drone that hits the ABM radar can simply follow the radio signals that those systems send. So, the missile or drone can be the enlarged version of the AGM-88 HARM. The same system that guides. The anti-radiation missiles are aimed at their targets. They can be installed in the drones. The enemy can send thousands of drones and missiles against those radars. And the problem with things like Shahed- and LUCAS drones is that those systems can carry HEAT(high-explosive anti-tank), or thermobaric-HEAT explosives. In those cases. The drone can cause damage to large and well-protected targets. In HEAT ammunition. There is a small explosive behind the chamber. When that explosive detonates. It pushes air forward, turning the metal shell into. The thing called aimed explosive effect.

Thermobaric-HEAT. An HEAT warhead. That chamber is filled with hydrocarbons or water. Thicker material turns the aimed explosion jet more effective. Those systems can damage even strong bunkers. A direct hit. A radar transmitter can destroy those radars.  A regular thermobaric explosion has a large kill radius. Those explosives can destroy radars and radio masts. In that case, the drone or missile must not give. A direct hit to the radio antenna. The problem with Shahed-type drones is that they can be hidden in things like lorries, and then launch from very close distances to radars. Even a fishing boat can transport the attack drones into striking distance. And those drones can make holes in the submarine hulls.

Or larger cruise missiles can carry smaller cruise missiles below them. This means that. A bigger cruise missile. Like FP-5 Flamingo. Can carry Storm Shadow or Taurus missiles. This means that unmanned drones can carry cruise missiles and launch them from a long distance from their users.

The Shahed-. And it’s U.S. copy, The LUCAS drones showing their capacity. Those drones can be used with manned aircraft. The aircraft can drop the drone into the target area. Those cheap and easy-to-produce drones force the enemy to shoot. If enough drones are used, the anti-aircraft missile stockpiles turn empty. The success of those drones opens the path to the more advanced systems. There is a possibility. To install booster rockets on Storm Shadow and Taurus missiles. Those things can give the ground and small-ship launch capacity for those cruise missiles. There is also a possibility of installing Taurus or Storm Shadow-type cruise missiles with the Flamingo cruise missiles. This means that the Flamingo can get those missile guidance systems. Or the bigger cruise missile. It can carry those smaller cruise missiles. And that gives the larger Flamingo-missile the ultimate range.

Drug zombies in war.

Do Russian officers train humans like dogs?

There are observations that the Russian troops are acting like zombies. This raises questions about things like drug use in those soldiers’ training. The use of drugs in training turns soldiers into zombies, who always follow orders.

The term “classical conditioning”. In psychology. Means a method there. Things that please the ruler bring a prize. And if a person will not please, that brings punishment. The idea was created by Ivan Pavlov. When a subject pleases the controller, that brings a prize. When the subject follows orders, the trainer can give drugs. If the officer orders henchmen into the suicide attack, the assault can be started in an amphetamine high. And when the goal is reached, the soldier or victim can get fentanyl. In that case, the victim is conditioned by thinking that the beginning of the mission is the amphetamine, and the successful ending of the mission brings some heroin or fentanyl.

Drugs are an easy way to make people follow orders. People who can use drugs are easy to train to follow orders. The method that those “trainers” use is similar to dog school. When the henchmen follow orders, they will get the chemical. That turns people into human robots. Drugs like amphetamine, fentanyl, and many other types of chemicals, like Alpha PVP, play the prime role in the addiction-based manipulation. Chemical brainwashing is easier than the non-chemical version. It’s also safer for people who give orders to those trainers.

Human robots at Chernobyl? Were those persons conditioned by using some drugs? It is sometimes claimed that the KGB used Chernobyl as some kind of test range, where they tested things like how to order people to make their suicide missions.

The trainer needs chemicals to make the henchman or victim an addict who follows orders like a dog. Drug addiction is a very good tool for people who want robots, not human soldiers. In classical conditioning, people receive a reward if they follow orders. If they don’t follow orders, they get punishment. The method was created by Ivan Pavlov. The method. There are drugs to boost. That method was generated or researched by the Gestapo and NKVD.

The drugs include amphetamine (Pervitine), natural, and synthetic opioids. And opiates boosted the willingness to follow orders. They turned people into human robots. And there is rumors that in Chernobyl accident human robots, cleaners who cleaned the exploded reactor’s roof were traned to use the drug-based addictive method.

The problem with the drug addiction-based method is the drugs. If a person does not get their own dose, it causes terrible withdrawal symptoms.

At least, under the control of the KGB or FSB, researchers are testing electric systems that will not require drugs. The system uses electric stimulation. In the brain areas that control pleasure. This kind of system can be more effective than any fentanyl. The officer who controls those victims will activate the electric impulse to the brain's pleasure center. If the person resists, the reaction can be an electric impulse to the pain center. The fact is that such systems can be even more dangerous in the hands of the wrong people than fentanyl or alpha PVP.

Are you ready for quantum apocalypse?

Every single encryption made by traditional binary computers is vulnerable to quantum computers. There are service providers who promise end-to-end encryption. That should resist quantum computer-based attacks.  But are those encryption systems really tested against quantum computer-based attacks? It is always possible to create systems that use extremely complex math for encryption. But things like artificial intelligence can read words.

Straight from the image that the camera transmits from a keyboard. If those keyboards are visible to some hacked cameras. The AI follows. On. How a person moves fingers on the keyboard. And reads words from those films. This means that if we are not prepared for AI. That is dangerous.  Second, that things like a note. Is visible. It is enough for AI that it can read words written to it.

The attacking system would, anyway, be quantum computer-morphing neural network-based systems. The quantum computer will generate binary numbers for the morphing neural network.

Which makes. Attacks against systems that use traditional Riemann conjecture-based encryption algorithms. Still yet. A quantum computer cannot. Run things like AI-based software. The complicated software. It runs. On a group of traditional binary computer networks. Which we call a morphing neural network. In that system, the group of computers runs the programs and makes those attacks simultaneously. The system changes the attacking computer.

All the time. Which. Makes it hard to deny the IP address of the attacking system. The system can share binary numbers between those computers. And that makes this kind of system dangerous. The morphing neural network can run data like a single computer. Or. It can share different missions to separate computers, which means the morphing neural network can operate. With multiple problems. At the same time. The problem with traditional encryption collapse is that. It can endanger things. Like crypto- and digicurrencies security.

This means that. Somebody. Could create fake crypto- and digital currencies. Digital currency means a national currency that is shared in digital form. If digital form currency can be faked, that can cause the collapse of the economy. The encryption is also required in computer operating systems and program updates. If somebody can slip malicious software. In the computer update flow, this can cause very big problems. The fake update. It can make it possible to switch off computers. And that can have a destructive effect. In cybersecurity.

Cyber is the new dimension in intelligence and military operations. Things like malware, computer viruses, and spyware are tools that can endanger many things.  In an assassination. Of the Iranian leader Khamenei, the key role was in the traffic surveillance cameras. Those cameras offered real-time information about Khamenei and his security council’s movements. This means that even innocent-looking systems. Like. Surveillance cameras in the next building can open a window for hackers and other attackers. The AI can sort very large data masses.

And it can find things. Like reflections from glasses. There is a computer screen visible. The system. It can render the image so clear that the passwords are visible. The AI agents can search things like passwords on cellphone screens. They can recognize. If somebody visits. On homepages. That requires strong identification. The AI can see when a person fills the passphrase box. And then it can give access to the system. The AI is the next-generation threat. Maybe the hackers already have AI assistants. That can detect things like logging in to the protected homepages. The system can see things like passwords from the computer screen. Or they can watch. The way a person moves their hands on keyboards.

https://www.fairedih.fi/en/2025/10/30/the-encryption-endgame-why-the-world-faces-a-quantum-reckoning/#:~:text=When%20quantum%20computers%20break%20current%20encryption%20%E2%80%94%20and,become%20obsolete.%20This%20threat%20has%20already%20spurred%20action.

What if we move? All our work to AI?

We can compare the threat that AI poses to society to the influence of slavery on the Roman Empire. Sometimes people say that slavery destroyed Roman civilization. When the Romans transferred all duties and work to slaves, they became weak and lazy. That caused a situation where, in the case. There, Rome was under threat; there were no people. With the ability to fight against the threat that came in the form of Attila. When Attila and his Huns robbed.

The city of Rome, all glory was gone. People noticed that Rome was the only city on the map. And that caused loss of respect. The reason. The reason the Roman Empire lost was that. It didn’t create anything new. It always used the same tactics. That caused the situation. The enemies of Rome knew what the Romans would do next. And they knew how to react to that thing. In the same way. If we give all the work. Into the hands of robots. And learn to use only the answers that the AI gives. We are going into the same position. Where the Romans went when they turned lazy. We will face a situation where nobody does anything. People just give orders to the AI. And that thing makes everything for humans.

What is gained in quantity is lost in accuracy. Things like dictionary books. They involve lots of topics. But information about each topic is limited.  When we want deep knowledge about things like how to make a computer program, we need a more precise dictionary. We need a data source about programming, which means the source involves information about fewer topics, but it involves information on how to create something.

There are two ways. To measure productivity.

1) We can simply calculate the number of products. That is a quantitative way to determine effectiveness. This is the simplest way to determine effectiveness. We can calculate how many reports the worker. Or some other actor makes during the working day. This is the easiest way to determine effectiveness. The number of reports. It is a good way to measure. The effectiveness of a worker. But. Those reports can only be scratching the surface. They might be like some encyclopedia. There is a lot of information. Or lots of topics. But there are a few details about those things. We couldn’t make things. Like computer programs. Or building houses if we only have common encyclopedias. We need deeper knowledge. About things that we should make when we want to make those things. The encyclopedia involves. A lot of surface data. About many things.

2) We can see the quality of the product. This means a qualitative way to determine effectiveness. Deep information and deep knowledge are the qualitative ways to determine effectiveness. But then. We face another problem. How to determine deep knowledge? How can we say? Does that report involve deep knowledge? We can determine. The qualitative way to determine effectiveness. In programming. As the number of lines that pass the tests. But in things like regular reports or novels, we must ask, what makes some texts more qualitative than others? Is it that somebody clicks the link?

The problem is that the AI recycles information. It will not make anything new. The final part of the Roman decay was a situation. Where Romans who loved Greece and philosophy started to read only texts written by the Greek philosophers. They didn’t even try to create their own texts. Except for some different people, like Marcus Aurelius. Bu. If we deliver all our work to the AI. We are choosing a path that is not good. In that case. People just lie. At home. Maybe that thing seems easy. But what if we turn our lives. Too easy? What if we lose our skills to read and write? We can simply give orders to AI, and it generates texts for us. Maybe. Most of those texts please readers. But do they improve our skills? To write and produce texts? When we talk about things.

Like giving an ability to think to the AI. We always forget a couple of things. First thing is that. The AI is a good tool. To follow things. Like stock marketing or a certain vehicle in traffic. The AI is the only thing that can sort and process large data masses. And then if we follow the orders that the AI gives. We deliver our decision to AI. That brings new and complicated questions. The complicated question is, what if we don’t follow the orders that AI gives? If we want to sort manually.

The same data mass that an AI agent sorts in minutes. We would spend years in that process. We can make AI to create texts. And that makes us effective. But. There is a price. For that effective work. We give orders to AI that creates lots of documents. But that doesn’t mean that we must read a single one of them. We can say that the situation is similar if we ask lots of questions. And then nobody answers.

Pericles, Socrates, and artificial intelligence.

Above:  Pericles, Socrates, and artificial intelligence.

When we think that people outsource thinking to AI, we can ask whether those people outsource that ability to some outside thing anyway? Are thoughts already outsourced? The AI as a replacer. The human thinker. It is the end of the long journey. In ancient Greece, regular people outsourced thinking to philosophers. The problem with philosophers is that if something went wrong, people blamed them. That brought a new way to make philosophy.

That thing is called sophism. Sophism is one of the most harmful things to philosophy. The idea of sophism is to please the majority. The reason for the death of Socrates was that the sophists asked why people who have wealth should abstain from using their wealth. The key element in Socratic philosophy is moderation in everything. People. Who received the sentence of death? Understood that they should share their wealth or give it away for free.

So if something didn’t please people, the reason for that was in the philosopher. Not a person who misunderstood those orders. Those orders or advice were somehow complicated. After. The time of ancient Greece. People outsourced their ability to think to the universities. Regular people had time to sit in beer houses and leave dark things to people who had time to think about things like falling meteorites. Why should people read things like complex mathematics if they have good salaries anyway? And if something new comes to the workplace, the leader of the gang. Can. Just refuse to use that thing.

When we think that people outsource their thoughts to AI, we mean. A situation. That person. Will just. Give the AI-generated answer forward. We can ask. Would that person read those answers anyway?  Even if. They are written. By. A real human. Politicians like Pericles. Used sophist philosophers to make text that pleased people. The people whom Pericles must please were people who made decisions in Athens. So, the sophists should only please people who have power. So, if we want to think like Pericles, we should please people who own companies. Those people make decisions. So they are people whom we should please.

If we want. To succeed as a company leader. We must think like a banker. We must maximize incoming money flow. And minimize outgoing money flow. If we want to succeed as politicians, we must think like Pericles. We must please people. Or most people must like us. That is the conflict. And the third thing. It is. Interest of the state. The interest of the state means. The state must somehow protect its citizens. And that triangle is sometimes very hard to fit as an entirety.

We can see artificial intelligence as an opportunity. But then. We must determine the meaning of the word: “opportunity”. The opportunity can mean that artificial intelligence makes work easier, and leaves more time for social life. But we can determine the opportunity another way. We can determine that artificial intelligence gives opportunities to fire workers. So, in the last case, we can see that. Artificial intelligence is the tool that allows one to earn more money. The AI allows workers.

To make their work faster. And that is one of the things that requires new ways to think. In traditional capitalism, faster work means that a person can do more work. And this is one of the things that we can understand when we develop AI. The main problem with AI development is that. Money controls those corporations. We say that. The workers lose their productivity. If. They work with AI agents. But then again. We must determine productivity. If. We calculate. The productivity. As a form. Of a series of physical items.

We can calculate: how many things the worker makes. Or, if the worker works with immaterial products. Like code for the computer program, we can calculate how many acceptable code lines the worker does per day. Or maybe. We should calculate productivity. As production cycles. Each. Of the products. What a person produces is a cycle. That includes the beginning. And the end of the work. So, we can calculate. How many cycles does a worker do during the day? Then we can set the goal for that person.

Maybe. Our worker should make five cycles each day. So, what if the worker completes those five products or production cycles in six hours? That means the worker has two hours of free time in the workplace. In traditional capitalism. That free time is the time. That is out of the time. That. The corporation pays for. So. The leaders might see that time as free time. The thing is that. The person reaches the production goal, but in a shorter time. And that means the production goal is reached, but the entire worktime is not filled.

We can also determine. The term “productivity”. As the income or profit. That the company brings to its owners. And if. We think that way, we can search the department. There are four people with two free hours in a working day. And then we can fire three of those workers. That is allowed in working life.

Another thing is that the AI causes corrosion in thinking. The corrosion means that when people use AI, they leave the answer that AI gave. Without. Even looking at it. That is one of the things that causes discussions. When we outsource our work to machines, that should make life easier. But, machines bring unemployment. We can outsource thinking to AI. And that has a corrosive effect on humanity. When we think about free time, we should also ask what the person does during their free time.

People can go out. Or. They can go to the library. Read books. They can read books. From. The net. Or listen to recorded books. They can use “text-to-speech” applications to transform any text into speech. And listen to those things while they go jogging or to the gym. Or they can sit in social groups. And think about things. Like. How corrosive the AI can be. In that ideal model, people use their free time for self-education, advancing their ideas. And improve their skills.

But otherwise, people can go to a bar, sit there, and drink beer. They can outsource everything to AI. And university lecturers or some other thinkers. Because those people will not get money for their studies, they don’t study. Have those people ever? Open a single book in their lives? That is one other way to think about things.

Sound waves as acoustic weapons.

The soundwave. An acoustic wave is actually a pressure wave that travels through air. Weaponization of that kind of phenomenon is an easy thing. Normal stereo sets. That can be created. 100-150 db. Sound can cause pain. The sound level of the jet engine is about 350 db. The simplest acoustic weapons are low-flying aircraft and high-power loudspeakers. Things like stun grenades are also. Some kind. Of acoustic weapons.

Acoustic waves that can cause resonance in the metal structures. They can cause damage to concrete walls. When. The metal structure. That is inside the concrete. Starts to oscillate. That breaks the concrete structure.

The fact is that. The acoustic weapon might also operate. Above. Or under the frequencies that humans can hear. The infra- and ultrasound systems can cause extreme pain. Together, the infra- and ultrasound systems can cause nausea. Even if the systems do not have very high power, those combinations disturb concentration. And that can be used against the snipers.

The Havana syndrome is suspected to be caused by. Some kind. Of an acoustic device. Acoustic devices can act as weapons. Many people think that acoustic weapons cause immediate brain injury. This is the myth. Most acoustic weapons don’t cause brain injuries, nor do they break bones. Their purpose is to evoke bad physical feelings.

The next things are the main purposes. For. Acoustic devices.

1) Keep the enemy awake or deny their sleep.

2) The systems that brainwash people. Those systems. Just give simultaneous subliminal commands. Those systems can also be used for brainwashing purposes. If the targeted person refuses to follow orders, those systems can cause pain. The use of infrasound systems will be seen. After. The exposure to a headache.

3) Turn structures weaker. That happens by oscillating the metal structure in concrete. This kind of system. They can also turn meatal tired.

They can cause damage to aircraft windows, stealth materials, and other structures. Metal tiring is one of the most dangerous things in aviation. The oscillation causes miniature scratches in metal, and then. The metal starts to rip.

4) Riot control and disturb concentration. Those things are effective against riots and snipers.

5) The same systems can also cause so strong pressure waves that they drill holes in things like submarine hulls. Those coherent sonar waves can also kill enemy operators. There is a possibility that some submarines have that kind of coherent soundwave-based systems that can damage other submarines’ structures.

In some visions, the coastal areas are surrounded by underwater loudspeakers. That can form a sound barrier around the ground. The idea was to create so powerful soundwaves. They destroy enemy submarines. The high-power loudspeakers could rip leaves from trees.

There is a possibility. To create a soundwave that is stronger than steel. If. That kind of soundwave is possible to create. By using the acoustic devices, the system can turn even bullets, bombs, and missiles off their course.

Normally, acoustic weapons act like any noise. They can disturb concentration. Or deny people sleep. There is a possibility. To create such powerful soundwaves. That they break glass. Or. They can cause oscillation in an airplane or other structures. That oscillation can turn. The structure is weaker. High-power sound waves can cause physical damage.

In the Vietnam War. The acoustic systems used to keep V.C awake. That will break their ability to operate against U.S. troops.

Sometimes. The acoustic weapon is tested or planned. That acts like an acoustic nerve gas. The monotonic hum. It pumps the neurons in the acoustic nerve out from their neurotransmitters.

But the thing that makes acoustic weapons terrifying is their ability to give commands to humans. The infrasound, or subliminal systems, give simultaneous commands or repeat the mantra. Can order or manipulate people to commit suicide or make things that they will not otherwise make. The Soviet Union developed “Psychotron”.

That is actually an infrasound loudspeaker and radio telephone. Those infra- and ultrasound systems are developed for riot control purposes. There are also tests. To command people by using those systems. The subliminal commands don’t reach consciousness. But they affect people. Sooner or later, those systems break the neural barrier. And turn a person into a robot that follows orders.

There are also plans to connect things. Like subliminal command systems. With things like tetradotoxin, or sodium amythal-type chemical agents. In certain doses, that chemical removes the neural resistance. This means that those people cannot resist the orders. And they turn into robots.

In prisons, those systems can be used to keep people awake. Or they can be used to create bad physical nausea or pain, if a person takes things like narcotics. That system can teach a person to avoid some illegal things. And those systems can be used for very bad purposes. There is a possibility to use. Those kinds of systems. As dog schools. If a person resists commands. The system that gives. A painful sound signal.
